I have 8 years of experience in the automobile sector as a Recruiter/ Admin. I was advising the departments and management in all matters relating to recruiting. In addition, create job advertisements and design the candidate journey and take care of an optimal process in the entire applicant recruitment process. I was responsible for administrative tasks in recruiting and inventory. I was handling interviewing, recruitment, exit interview process, Office management, and travel management. Currently, I am a student of GISMA Business School, studying management course a Global MBA, at Potsdam, Germany. I have good knowledge of MS Office 365. I speak English and a little of bit German.
