Wir sind ein wachsendes Produktionsunternehmen mit Sitz in Woltersdorf. Zur weiteren Professionalisierung unserer Finance-Organisation suchen wir eine erfahrene und hands-on orientierte Persönlichkeit zur Übernahme unserer Accounting-Funktion nach HGB.

Die Position fokussiert sich auf Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, die Koordination mit externen Ansprechpartnern sowie die Weiterentwicklung interner Accounting-Prozesse innerhalb eines dynamischen und wachsenden internationalen Umfelds.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung und Koordination der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Abschlussprozesse nach HGB
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Buchungen, Kontenabstimmungen, Abgrenzungen und Abschlussunterlagen
• Koordination mit externen Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und weiteren financebezogenen Ansprechpartnern
• Unterstützung und Koordination von Umsatzsteuer- und weiteren lokalen Compliance-Themen
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen und Workflows
• Unterstützung beim Ausbau interner Accounting-Kompetenzen und der Reduzierung der Abhängigkeit von externen Dienstleistern
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management sowie Unterstützung interner Reporting-Aktivitäten

Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting nach HGB
• Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Hintergrund als Bilanzbuchhalter/in, Steuerfachwirt/in, Senior Accountant oder vergleichbares Profil
• Sehr gutes Verständnis deutscher Accounting- und steuerlicher Prozesse
• Erfahrung mit DATEV; Kenntnisse in MS Dynamics oder anderen ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
• IFRS-Kenntnisse oder IFRS-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und hands-on orientierte Arbeitsweise
• Starke organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Freude an einem dynamischen und wachsenden internationalen Umfeld

Accounting Lead / Senior Accountant (m/f/d) – Full-time / Part-time

About Us

We are a growing manufacturing company based in Woltersdorf. To further strengthen and professionalize our finance organization, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on accounting professional to take ownership of our accounting operations under German GAAP (HGB).

The role is focused on monthly and annual financial closing activities, coordination with external stakeholders, and the further development of internal accounting processes within a dynamic and growing international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Ownership and coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes under HGB
• Preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and closing documentation
• Coordination with external tax advisors, auditors, and other finance-related stakeholders
• Support and coordination of VAT and local compliance-related topics
• Further development and optimization of accounting processes and workflows
• Support in strengthening internal accounting capabilities and reducing dependency on external service providers
• Collaboration with management and support of internal financial reporting activities

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in accounting under German GAAP (HGB)
• Experience managing monthly and annual closing processes independently
• Background as Bilanzbuchhalter/in, Steuerfachwirt/in, Senior Accountant, or comparable profile
• Strong understanding of German accounting and tax-related processes
• Experience with DATEV; knowledge of MS Dynamics or other ERP systems is considered a plus
• IFRS knowledge or experience is considered a plus
• Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Very good German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing international environment
